Any Malaysian Citizen with good character residing in Kota Kinabalu who is above the age of 18 years shall be eligible to apply for admission to become a member of the Society provided he agrees with the objectives and undertakes to abide by the Rules of the Society. Fee The entrance fee and subscription payable as follow : Entrance fee……….………. RM 50.00 Annual Subscription fee …. RM 50.00 Any member may become a life member by paying a lump sum subscription fee of RM300. A life member is thus exempted from paying any further annual subscription fee; the membership qualification for a life member shall be the same as for ordinary members. Any member who allows his arrears to exceed two (2) years' subscription fees shall receive a written notification signed by or on behalf of the Secretary, and shall be denied the privileges of membership until he settles his account. Any member who allow his arrears to exceed three (3) years' subscriptions fees shall automatically cease to be member for the society, and the committee may direct that legal action be taken against him provided that they are satisfied that he has received due notice of his debts. |
