1st Sabah French Film Festival 26th – 28th June 2009 GSC 1 Borneo
Fans of foreign cinema were in for a treat as Sabah welcomed its very first French Film Festival to town.
Jointly organized by the Society of the Performing Arts Kota Kinabalu Sabah (SPArKS) and the Ex-Franciscans Association (1998). This festival was also supported by the French Embassy in Kuala Lumpur.
A lively cocktail party complete with wine, French cognac and premium cheeses rang in the start of the festival and set the tone for three well received evenings of French cinema and culture.
